BOOT CAMP
We invite you to come out and find out what all the buzz is about and why we ranked in cityvoter.com the Best of Boot Camp in 2014. With a boot camp designed to challenge you on every possible level, our trainers are dedicated to give you the ultimate in boot camp experiences! By mixing traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with interval and strength training our trainers will get you in the best shape of your life.

ZUMBA
Ditch the workout and join the party with instructor Karen Gallahar! Zumba® Fitness is a feel-happy workout that combines a motivating fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries. Easy to follow, and something everyone can do - Zumba is the best way to "work without working". A mixture of body-sculpting movements with easy-to-follow dance steps, the routines utilize the principles of aerobic interval and resistance training. With a combination of fast and slow rhythms tone and sculpt the body, maximizing caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. We promise, exercise has never been so fun!
